We are excited to bring you the Tags ‘N Tunes! Taggies Video Jingle Contest ™!!! We want your little ones (with your help, of course!) to create a catchy jingle for Taggies incorporating some of the benefits of Taggies products and/or what it means to your child or children. Let your children sing away and be as creative as they want to be! The fun jingle should be sent in to us via video format and can consist of pure singing or have a theatrical format. Videos need not be professionally produced – all you need is your home video camera! Detailed information on how to enter and about the prizes can be found in the Official Rules below. We look forward to seeing your adorable little ones sing their way to the top!
1. Parents/guardians of participating children must first upload the video to your YouTube account and then upload it to the Taggies YouTube contest account at
http://www.youtube.com/group/tagsntunes. Once in the Taggies YouTube account, click on “Enter Tags ‘N Tunes Video here” then click on “Reply” to post your video.
In order to officially enter your video, complete the on-line Entry Form at the bottom of this web page.You will be required to submit the video embed code from YouTube. Entrants will be required to provide personal information (name, email address, phone number, address and other pertinent information before submitting their Entry. Please see Taggies, Inc. privacy policy for a complete explanation of how we use and safeguard your personal information.
2. Entrants may submit as many original compositions as they choose but cannot submit the same Entry twice. For example, one Entrant cannot submit the same lyrics using country music and another Entry using Latin music. Lyrics must be different for each submission.
3. Entries must conform to the Submission Guidelines. Entries that fail to do so will be rejected and are not eligible to receive any prize. Ineligible videos will be removed.
4. Entries may be submitted starting 12:01 am on June 14, 2010, Eastern Standard Time and the deadline for Entries is 11:59 pm on September 15, 2010, Eastern Standard Time.
5. There is no fee to enter the Contest, and no purchase necessary.
6. Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. The Contest is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located in the United States.

*Please note that only one prize package will be awarded to the Grand Prize finalist and the Fan Favorite winner regardless of whether the winning Entrant is an individual or a Group. If the finalists and/or winners are a Group, the Group’s designee will be solely responsible for the division of prizes among the Group’s members.

We understand that Taggies, Inc. is not limited by U.S. boundaries and that there are many customers around the world who would like to submit an entry. We regret not being able to allow everyone to participate. In order for us to hold an international contest , we must comply with the legal requirements in every territory in which the program is available. Unfortunately, it is beyond the reasonable scope of most companies, including Taggies, Inc., to comply with the contest laws around the world. Thus, our posted rules satisfy the requirements for U.S. participants only.
